Terms, privacy & refunds
Description of services & pricing+
John Choo Property Group ("Company," "we," "us") provides residential, multifamily, and commercial property management services, including tenant placement, rent collection, maintenance coordination, and owner reporting, as described above.
Services are offered in three tiers — Basic ($99/unit/month), Premium ($149/unit/month), and Full-Service ($249/unit/month) — billed monthly in advance, in U.S. dollars, per managed unit, plus a Custom tier for larger or unique portfolios priced individually. One-time tenant placement and leasing fees are quoted separately per property prior to engagement. Current pricing is always as listed on this page; any changes will be communicated to active clients at least 30 days in advance.
Refund & cancellation policy+
Cancellation. Management agreements are billed monthly and may be cancelled at any time with 30 days' written notice to info@johnchoopropertygroup.com. Service continues, and fees continue to accrue, through the end of the notice period.
Refunds. Monthly management fees are non-refundable once the billing period has begun, except where required by law or where the Company fails to deliver contracted services for that period. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method via Stripe within 10 business days of approval. One-time placement/leasing fees are refundable only if no tenant has been placed within 60 days of payment.
Billing errors & disputes. If you believe you've been billed in error, contact us first at info@johnchoopropertygroup.com or 307-263-5099 within 60 days of the charge — most issues are resolved directly within 5 business days once we have the details. If we're unable to resolve a billing concern together, either party may pursue the matter through Stripe's dispute process or through the applicable dispute-resolution terms in the signed property management agreement, rather than initiating a card chargeback as a first step. We ask clients to contact us before filing a chargeback with their bank or card issuer so we can investigate and resolve the issue directly.
Service issues. If a specific service was not delivered as described in your plan, report it within 30 days so we can remedy it or apply a prorated credit to your account.
Payments & billing+
All payments on this site — including monthly management fees and one-time leasing fees — are processed securely by Stripe, Inc. The Company does not store full payment card numbers on its own systems. Subscriptions renew automatically each month until cancelled. Failed or disputed charges may result in a pause of services until resolved.
Privacy policy+
What we collect. We collect the information owners and tenants provide directly — contact details, property information, and payment details processed by Stripe (we do not receive or store full card numbers).
How it's used. Information is used solely to deliver, bill for, and improve property management services, including tenant screening, maintenance coordination, and owner reporting. We do not sell personal information to third parties.
Who we share it with. Information may be shared with vetted service providers — maintenance vendors, tenant screening services, and Stripe — strictly as needed to perform the services described on this page.
Your rights. You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your information at any time by emailing info@johnchoopropertygroup.com.
Terms of service+
By engaging John Choo Property Group, Co., owners agree to the applicable management plan, pricing, and cancellation terms described on this page, along with a signed property management agreement governing the specific property. These website terms supplement, and do not replace, that signed agreement.
